Legal Practice
Ertugrul Harman is an experienced attorney specializing in Turkish Law and Private International Law. He is licensed to practice in Türkiye and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
He is currently pursuing a second Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in U.S. Law at Texas A&M University School of Law. While he is not yet licensed to practice law in the United States, he brings a strong understanding of comparative legal systems.
Ertugrul holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom and is a Ph.D. candidate in Private International Law at Istanbul University.
Since 2004, he has provided high-level litigation and legal consultancy services to a wide range of clients, including individuals, organizations, and multinational companies. Fluent in both Turkish and English, Ertugrul offers tailored legal solutions that bridge jurisdictions and meet diverse client needs.
Mediation
Ertugrul Harman is a licensed mediator in Türkiye.
He has also completed mediation training at Texas A&M University School of Law. This program meets the legal requirements for mediation practice in Texas.
