Ertugrul Harman is an experienced attorney specializing in Turkish Law and Private International Law. He is licensed to practice in Türkiye and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
He holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees: one in International Business Law from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, and another in U.S. Law from Texas A&M University School of Law. He is also a Ph.D. candidate in Private International Law at Istanbul University. While not licensed to practice in the United States, he brings strong insight into comparative legal systems.
Since 2004, he has provided high-level litigation and legal consultancy services to individuals, organizations, and multinational companies. Fluent in both Turkish and English, he delivers tailored legal solutions across jurisdictions.

Ertugrul Harman is a licensed mediator in Türkiye.
He has also completed mediation training at Texas A&M University School of Law. This program meets the legal requirements for mediation practice in Texas.
