
Ertugrul Harman is a Türkiye-licensed attorney with over a decade of experience in contract, commercial, and tech law. He is a member of Istanbul Bar Association and is currently based in the United States.
His legal background includes work with top-tier law firms, where he participated in legal due diligence, public offerings, and international joint ventures. He later served for several years as the principal legal advisor on contract, transactional and commercial matters for Türkiye’s largest retail chain with over 8,000 locations.
He holds two LL.M. degrees—in International Business Law (UK) and U.S. Law (USA)—and is currently a doctoral candidate in law. He is also a certified mediator in Türkiye and has completed the required mediation training to practice as a mediator in Texas.
His areas of focus include cross-border transactions, complex commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. In addition to his legal work, he brings industry insight from his professional experience in the U.S. tech sector, allowing him to offer practical legal solutions for technology-focused clients.
